Anthony Zaremba

Anthony J. Zaremba, age 80, of Whiting, New Jersey, passed away Monday, March 21 at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he lived there for 60 years prior to moving to Whiting in 2001. He was employed as a dental technician with Nu Dent, NYC for many years until retiring. Anthony was a graduate of the School of Visual Arts, NYC. His love for fishing, baseball, football and classical music were often depicted in his art work. After becoming disabled, he returned to his love of art, creating beautiful watercolors that he shared in exhibitions throughout the country and with his fellow artists. He was a member of both the Crestwood Artists Guild and Pine Shores Artist Guilds. He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Emily Zaremba and his brothers, Joseph and John Zaremba. Anthony is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Dorothy Zaremba, who cared for him throughout his 40-year journey with Multiple Sclerosis. He is also survived by his siblings, brother Stanley Zaremba, sister Helen DeBernardis and many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
