Charles E. Ragazzo, age 73, of Manchester, passed away Sunday March 28, 2021 after a long illness. Surviving are his wife Patricia, daughters Anne and Laura. Also surviving are his half sister Emily Zim, half brother Anthony and many caring family and friends. He is predeceased by his parents and grandparents, A celebration of Charles life will be celebrated at a later date.
