Edwin T. Olah, age 76, of Lanoka Harbor, NJ, died Monday, April 8, 2019 at home. Born in Jersey City, NJ, he lived in Bayville prior to moving to Lanoka Harbor, NJ 19 years ago. He worked at Lilly Tulip and Anchor Glass as Journeyman Mold Maker and union president. He was a substitute teacher in the Brick/Toms River Schools and Food Service Manager at Holiday Manor for Hovnanian- in Toms River, and Food Service Manager for Discovery House in Marlboro, NJ. He was employed as Real Estate Broker for Coldwell Banker and Gloria Nilsen and with Keller Williams in Bayville, a job which he truly loved. Ed was a member of the PBA, FOP, and Masons. He enjoyed cooking and football. Ed was also in the military, United States Army, in communications – attaining Crypto Top Secret Clearance duty in Korea and an additional 3 years in the Army Reserves. He was predeceased by his parents, Edwin and Irene Olah. Ed is survived by his loving wife, Linda Ann, and children, Jeffrey, and Scott and his wife, Amber; a granddaughter, Roxanne and 1 sister. He is also survived by his beloved dog, Josh. Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 16, 11:30 am to 1:30 pm, at the Carmona-Bolen Home for Funerals, 412 Main St.,Toms River, NJ.
