Raymond F Jeannotte
November 24, 2019
Raymond was born November 18, 1946, and died peacefully on November 24, 2019 from complications surrounding his battle with cancer. He was surrounded by his family, friends, and caregives in the last few days of his life. Ray, as he chose to be called, was born in Newark, New Jersey. He served in the United States Air Force from 1966 to 1969, and served overseas in Thailand during the Vietnam War. In 1976, he moved his family from Bloomfield, New Jersey to Bayville, New Jersey so that his children could grow up in a small town environment, versus the city in which he grew up. Once his children left the nest and he finally retired, he and his wife moved to Whiting, New Jersey in 20XX. Having worked a modest job most of his life, he always worked hard to provide for his wife and children in any way he could. His family was his everything. He was very proud of his children and enjoyed seeing his grandchildren come of age as they were beginning their lives. Ray had a Love/Hate relationship with the New York Giants and the U.S. Government, but when it came to food, he loved it all. Raymond is survived by his wife Marie Jeannotte (Krouse) of 51 years; two children and one daughter-in-law, David and Amanda Jeannotte, and Cathy Molloy (Jeannotte); four grandchildren, Michael, Briana, Andrew and Patrick. Ray is also survived by 3 brothers and 4 sisters. Bill, Richard, Robert, Joan, Donna, Peggie and Carol. He was preceded in death by a son, Michael; a grandson, Corey; one brother, George; and 3 sisters, Eleanor, Cora, and Shirley. A memorial service will be held Friday, November 29, 2019 at Carmona-Bolen Home for Funerals, 66 Lacey Road, Whiting, New Jersey from 4 pm until 8 pm
